JON OLIVA'S PAIN To Answer Fans' Questions

May 24, 2006

Metal legend Jon Oliva (SAVATAGE, TRANS SIBERIAN ORCHESTRA) and JON OLIVA'S PAIN bandmates are the next participants in the "meet-and-greet" section of Germany's Metal Hammer magazine forum. Fans are invited to post their questions until June 6, to be answered at a later date by the bandmembers themselves. Please note that a free forum registration is required to create a topic, and make sure to read the "meet-and-greet" rules before posting your question.

JON OLIVA'S PAIN will release their sophomore album, "Maniacal Renderings", in September via AFM Records. Look for a five-song EP release on June 23 which will include three new songs from the upcoming CD and two live SAVATAGE songs from the 2004-2005 "'Tage Mahal Tour".

"Maniacal Renderings" was once again recorded at Audio Lab Studios in Tampa, Florida and is described in a press release as "a more progressive, complex and dramatic edge without sacrificing any of the songwriting quality that fans have come to expect during Oliva's 25-year career."
